## Validated operational context

The selected pilot direction is the **Ember Crop Top**, described by the design-partner context as the fastest-moving direction. About 30 crop tops move monthly. Weekly stock counts already occur, and movement is constant/rapid. Garments flow through the work room, completed shelf, and dispatch bags.

When inventory does not reconcile, Cheekky runs inventory; unresolved missing stock is charged as loss. This establishes an operational pain point and design-partner access, not a measured Countback result.

Yarn is handled 40–70 packs at a time, but it is **not** mixed into the same one-SKU Countback case.

## Evidence boundaries

### Validated operational pain / access

The facts above are the known design-partner facts used to motivate a future pilot.

### Quantitative benchmark evidence

The accompanying Phase 3A benchmark is deterministic synthetic evidence about Countback's existing reconstruction and equal-cost planner. It is not PMF evidence, warehouse ROI, a customer result, or a claim about Cheekky's measured savings.

### Future real-case pilot evidence

No exact case quantities, transfer records, elapsed times, savings, losses, customer status, or pilot outcome are claimed here. Those facts require a future instrumented real-case pilot and are intentionally left blank.

## Scope note

This document records only known facts supplied for the design-partner evidence boundary. It does not claim that Cheekky has adopted Countback or that a pilot has occurred.
